Bobbi Alderfer established Lifestyle Design in 1986 after realizing that she had already spent most of her life envisioning interior spaces in new and exciting ways. Her education, experience and talent have given her the ability to bring excellence to each and every project. What started as a small business while raising their three sons, has grown into a premier design firm in the Fox Valley and beyond. Her favorite projects are when spatial constraints can be resolved creatively with innovative solutions, changing the way people live in their homes. With her team of incredibly talented designers, Lifestyle Design can give clients what they want most – beautiful spaces that enhance the way they live.

Bobbi and her husband, Jim, who is also the firm’s IT support, moved to Geneva in 1988 and knew they had found their forever home. Bobbi grew up in the Fox Valley and the area’s rich history and expansive growth have been the perfect place to grow her business and their family. She has always been very active in her community, promoting quality education, healthcare and environmental protections. She absolutely loves her career as a designer and has developed long lasting relationships with her clients, who are always at the heart of her design work.
