Kate Steel

ASSOCIATE DESIGNER

Kate Steel has loved making spaces stylish and functional since she was a young girl. She grew up with design in her life from a young age and attributes much of her abilities to her parents who were always looking to better their home with their own design talents. She chose to pursue her interests by joining the Interior Design program at Joliet Junior College. There she earned her A.A.S Degree while also sitting as the Secretary and later the Vice President of the Student Interior Design Club. Kate is always up for a challenging space plan to bring more function to home and loves to learn about clients’ personal styles to make their homes truly theirs.

Kate is a native of Geneva where she lives with her husband and two daughters. When not at work she can be found in the vegetable garden with her daughters, or playing family board games inside during the colder months.
