We can help by first reviewing your blueprints to ensure functionality and establish your overall aesthetic. Our goal is to create a home that flows seamlessly from room to room. We also provide finishing touches – furniture, area rugs, window blinds, artwork, and accessories!
INITAL Consultation
Initial consultations are the building blocks to all new projects. We take the time to discuss all aspects of your life and how you wish to use the space(s).
Design Phase
After the initial consultation and the client has decided to move forward, the designing begins! We take your plans and add them to our 3D modeling software so begin visualizing the home. Coordination with the builder is essential to ensure the design elements we incorporate are attainable within the budget.
MATERIAL SELECTIONS
Selecting materials for your new home is easily the most time consuming and exhausting part of the process. At Lifestyle Design, we can assist in the exterior selections, as they will tie into the indoor design as well. We then add these materials to the 3D model for a great visual representation of the house.
CONSTRUCTION
This is when YOUR dream home starts to come to life. We make site visits to ensure the construction and installation of services are carried out thoroughly.
FINISHING TOUCHES
Completing a large new house requires the finishing touches to make it feel like a home. We can provide artwork and accessories as well as lamps and area rugs to enrich the house.
